- The type of barrier (examples: inaccessible document or form, inaccessible web pages, no video captioning, navigation issues),
- Where and/or when the barrier was encountered,
- A brief description of the barrier, and
- Contact info (name, phone, and/or email) if you would like a follow-up
We will work to resolve reports as quickly as possible to improve and maintain equal access at Gonzaga.
