As promised, albeit a bit later than I had hoped, this is a follow-up to my message of Monday, April 22, with additional information about the search for President McCulloh’s successor. I am very grateful to the following individuals who have agreed to serve on the Presidential Search Committee:

The search process will be supported and assisted by two experienced consultants from the firm of Russell Reynolds Associates, Anne Coyle and Steve Newton. Anne and Steve will be on campus on May 2–3, meeting with various groups to begin facilitating our listening sessions. Our approach is to conduct listening sessions in three forums: in-person, online, and through a survey. Many of you will experience more than one opportunity to contribute. We seek input to assist in developing the leadership profile/position description.
